1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Mr. Pool Man (“we,” “us,” or “our”) website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Mr. Pool Man provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services in Louisiana, including but not limited to:

Regular pool cleaning and maintenance

Chemical balancing and water testing

Equipment inspection, repair, and maintenance

Green pool recovery services

Acid washing and deep cleaning

Leak detection and repair

3. Service Agreement

When scheduling services, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact and property information

Ensure safe access to your pool area

Maintain pool equipment in working condition

Pay for services according to agreed terms

Notify us of any changes to your service requirements

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed according to the agreed schedule

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date

Late payments may result in additional fees

Accepted payment methods include checks, credit/debit cards, or other approved forms of payment

Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ prior notice

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Regular service cancellations require 48 hours’ notice

One-time service cancellations require 24 hours’ notice

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged a service fee

Refunds may be issued for unsatisfactory work if reported within 24 hours of service

Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost

6. Liability & Insurance

Mr. Pool Man maintains appropriate liability insurance. However:

We are not responsible for pre-existing equipment issues

Customers must report any service-related damage within 24 hours

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided

We are not responsible for acts of nature or damage caused by third parties

7. Property Access

By scheduling services, you grant us:

Access to your pool area during scheduled service times

Permission to use necessary utilities (water, electricity)

The right to photograph pool areas for service documentation

Authority to perform scheduled work even if no one is home

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Mr. Pool Man and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.
